Smoked Fish Pie


500g Smoked fish
1 Onion - diced
1 Packet of Maggi smoked fish pie
1 1/2C Milk
5 large potatoes
Cheese (optional)

1. Cut potatoes into small chunks and boil in a saucepan of water until they are soft
2. Mash the potatoes with a little bit of butter and some milk
3. Place the Maggi smoked fish pie mixture in a saucepan and add 1 1/2 cups of milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes to thicken
4. Add the smoked fish and chopped onion to the fish pie sauce and heat through
5. Pour the fish and sauce mixture in an oven proof dish and top with the mashed potato, then top with grated cheese (if using)
6. Bake in the oven until the cheese has browned on the top
7. Serve with fresh or frozen vegetables
