Mighty Mushroom Sauce

3-4 Button Mushrooms - Sliced
1/4 C Water
1/2 T Soy Sauce
Cracked Pepper to taste
4 t Flour
1/4 C Water

1. Add the mushrooms, 1/4C water, soy sauce and cracked pepper to a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes
2. Add the flour and extra 1/4C water to a cup or mug and stir with a fork until smooth
3. Add the flour and water mixture to the saucepan and bring back to the boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens up
4. If you would like the sauce thicker, combine another teaspoon of flour with a splash of water in the mug and then add to the mushroom mix
5. Serve with steak or as a side dish with breakfast, lunch or dinner
