Mexican Nourish Bowl

150g Beef Mince
1/2 Onion- Finely Diced
1 Carrot - Grated
1/2 Tin tomatoes
1 Corn Cob
2 Tomatoes - Diced
1 1/2C Cooked Rice
1/2c Chilli Beans

1. Brown the mince and onion in a frying pan, add the can of tomatoes and grated carrot and cook through for 5 mins
2. Cook the corn on the cob and cut the kernals off
3. Cook the rice according to packet directions
4. Heat the chilli beans in the microwave or frying pan
5. Assemble the nourish bowl by making small piles of the food in a bowl or plate
