Loaded Nachos

300g Beef Mince
1/2 Onion - Diced
1 Can - Diced Tomatoes
1/2 can - Chlli Beans
2T Taco/Burrito Spice Mix (or to taste)
1/4C Water
1-2 bags - Corn Chips
1/2C Grated Cheese
125g Sour Cream
1/2 Tomato - Diced
1/2 Avocado - Diced

1. Brown the mince and onion in a large frying pan
2. Add the tinned tomatoes, chilli beans, taco spice mix and water to the frying pan
3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce is at the desired consistency
4. Serve the mince mixture on top of corn chips, top with the grated cheese, diced tomato, diced avocado and sour cream
