500g Beef Mince
1 Onion
1 Jar of Tomato Pasta Sauce
1 Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 Jar of lasagne cheese sauce or homemade cheese sauce
200g pack of lasagne pasta sheets
Grated cheese

1. In a large frying pan, brown the mince and onion together
2. Add the tomato pasta sauce and chopped tomatoes, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly
3. In an oven proof dish, lay a few spoonfuls of the cooked mince mixture, top it with a sheet of pasta, cover the pasta with some of the cheese sauce and repeat until all of the mince mixture has been used
4. Top with grated cheese and cook in the oven 180⁰C until the cheese is golden brown on the top
5. Serve with seasonal fresh or frozen vegetables
