Kettle Corn

1/4 Cup Popcorn Kernals
2t Coconut Oil
2T White Sugar
1t Salt

1. Place the coconut oil in a large saucepan and place on an element at medium heat
2. Add 2-3 popcorn kernals to the saucepan and place the lid on
3. Once the popcorn kernals have popped, remove them from the saucepan, add the sugar and 1/4 Cup of popcorn kernals to the saucepan, cover
4. Shake the saucepan every 20-30 seconds and continue to do so once the popcorn is popping
5. Once the popping slows down, pour the popcorn into another bowl and toss, add the salt to the popcorn and continue to toss until cool
