Egg Fried Rice

3C Cooked Cold Rice
1 Onion - Finely Diced
3 Eggs - Whisked
1C Frozen Veges
1T Soy Sauce

1. Whisk the eggs and fry in a large frying pan until cooked, remove from the frying pan
2. Add the onion to the frying pan and cook though for 2-3 mins
3. Add the rice and frozen veges to the onion and cook for 5-7 mins until veges are cooked though
4. Add the soy sauce to the frying pan and stir to combine, cook 1-2 mins
5. Add the cooked egg to the frying pan and stir to combine
