Cottage Pie

Ingredients
150g Beef Mince
1/2 Onion - Diced
1C Frozen Veges
2 Potatoes - boiled and mashed
1 Tin Tomatoes
1/2 Tin Chilli Beans
1 Carrot - Grated
Grated Cheese

Method
1. Brown the mince and onion in a frying pan
2. Add the frozen veges, tinned tomatoes, grated carrot and chilli beans to the mince mixutre - cook through for 5 mins
3. Boil the potatoes and mash them
4. Pour the mince mixture into an oven proof bowl
5. Top with the mashed potato and grated cheese
6. Bake in the oven at 180 until the cheese is brown
