Chocolate Boost Balls

Ingredients
1C Unsalted Nuts
1/2C Desiccated Coconut
2T Cocoa
2T Coconut Oil
1T Maple Syrup
Outer crumbs
4T Dessicated Coconut
1T Cocoa

Method
1. Add the nuts, coconut and cocoa to a food processor and blitz until they turn into fine crumbs
2. Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together and add to the nuts, cocoa and coconut mixture. Stir well to combine - if needed, add another tablespoon of coconut oil to make the mixture stickier
3. Add the coconut and cocoa to the food processor and blitz until they resemble fine crumbs
3. Scoop out tablespoon size amounts and roll into balls
4. Roll in the coconut and cocoa crumbs and store in the fridge
***Makes approx 16 balls
