Chicken Wraps



Burrito wraps x6
Left over roast vegetables (potato, carrot, pumpkin)
Hummus dip
1-2 Chicken breasts
Farrahs fajita seasoning

1. Slice chicken breast into small strips and coat with the fajita seasoning - enough to suit your taste
2. Cook the chicken in a fry pan in a little bit of oil
3. Warm the Burrito wraps in the microwave
4. Spread 1tsp of  the Hummus dip on  the Burrito
5. Top with the warmed leftover vegetables
6. Top the vegetables with  the cooked chicken
7. Top with lettuce leaves and Aioili
