Chicken Soup

2 Chicken Breasts or 6 Drumsticks
1 Onion - Diced
1 Packet of Kings Country Chicken soup mix
2 Liters of water
2 Cups of frozen mixed vegetables
1 Tin of Creamed Corn

1. Pour the Kings Country Chicken Soup mix into a large soup pot, add the water, diced onion and whole chicken breasts or drumsticks.
2. Bring to the boil with the lid on, turn down and simmer for 2 hours
3. Take out the chicken breasts and shred with a fork or remove the meat off the drumsticks and add back into the soup pot
3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and tin of creamed corn and continue to simmer for a further 30 minutes
4. Season to taste, serve with bread rolls
