Chicken Risotto

Ingredients
1 Large Rice Risotto Packet
1 whole cooked chicken or
2-3 chicken breasts
1 Onion - diced
10 mushrooms – chopped
1kg frozen stirfry mix

Method
1. Cook rice risotto according to directions on packet
2. Brown onion and mushrooms in a fry pan
3. Add frozen stirfry mix to the onions and mushrooms and cook for 5 mins
4. Add the cooked risotto mix and stir to combine
5. Add cooked chicken and combine or plate rice mixture and stack chicken on top
