Chicken Pasta Casserole


Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast - Diced
1 Onion - Diced
1 Carrot - Diced
1C Frozen Veges
1 Large Potato - Diced
1 Maggi Chicken Chasseur Mix
150g Pasta

Method
1. Place the chicken breast, onion, carrot, frozen veges, potato and maggi mix in a slow cooker - add approx 1/2C water and cook on low until the potatoes have softened (may need extra water)
2. Cook the pasta according to packed directions
3. Add the drained pasta to the chicken casserole and stir to combine

**If you don't have a slow cooker - you can cook at 150 in an oven proof dish for an hour or until potatoes have cooked through
