Chicken Carbonara

250g Dry Pasta
1 Onion - diced
4 Rashers of Bacon - chopped
1-2 Chicken Breasts - chopped
5 Mushrooms - sliced
1/2C Milk
1/2C Water
1 Packet Maggi Carbonara

1. Cook the pasta according to packet directions
2. Brown the bacon, onion and chicken breast in a large frying pan
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes
4. Combine the Maggi Carbonara mix with the water and add to the frying pan
5. Add the milk to the frying pan, allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens up
6. Combine the Pasta with the Frying pan mix and serve
