Beef and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
500g Diced Beef
1 Onion - sliced
6 Potatoes - Chopped
1 Kumara - Chopped
Small piece of Pumpkin - Chopped
3 Cups of mixed frozen or fresh vegetables
 - Broccoli, cauliflower, peas, beans, corn etc
1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1 Packet of Maggi Beef Goulash mix
1/4C Water
 
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours (depending on your brand of slow cooker)
2. If you haven’t got a slow cooker, you can combine all of the ingredients in a large oven proof dish and cook in the oven 160⁰C until the potatoes are fully cooked through and meat is tender
