Basic Smoothie

200ml Milk
1 Banana
1 Pottle of berry yoghurt

1. Measure out the milk into a blender, slice the banana and add to the milk with the yoghurt
2. Blend until smooth

**If you would like the smoothie to be thicker, add less milk. I use 100ml milk when i'm making the smoothie for my kids so the volume is a little less.
