Bacon Loaded Potatoes

Ingredients
5 Medium Potatoes
4 Rashers of Bacon - diced
1-2 Chicken Breasts - diced
Mushroom Sauce click here
Grated Cheese

Method
1. Chop the potatoes into cubes and boil in a saucepan of water until just cooked
2. Fry the chicken and bacon together in a frying pan until brown
3. Place the potatoes in an oven proof dish, top with the cooked chicken and bacon
4. Pour the mushrooms and sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese
5. Bake in an oven at 180 until cheese is melted and golden
6. Serve with a salad or steamed vegetables
